We have our own exclusive legal cell, medical cell and advisory board, which consist of eminent personalities of their respective fields. In case of any emergency or problem our member doctors is required to give us a call and a prompt assistance will be at his/her doorstep. If any of our member gets any notice or any summon from consumer forum,criminal court he/she is required to contact us through our 24hr SERVICE NUMBER. Our service team (lawyer and representative) will collect it and prepares reply in coordination with our medical advisory cell and submit it to the concerned authorities. Generally in these cases the doctors is not supposed to attend the court on dates. Our doctor member gets regular feedback of his/her case from time to time. Apart from this particular arrangement, we have known media personalities on our panel. The idea behind keeping media attachment is to keep people aware about facts and control for media bashing.
- Indemnity / Hospital Policy available for 1 year to 3 year.
- Any type of legalities may be in any Court of India covered in our membership.
- We also cover all the cases arising from 'Police Station' namely under section- 304, 304A, 338 etc. Any case against our doctor member is covered free of cost (not
- necessary pertaining to professional negligence).
- Free counter case/defamation suit against the party who in greed of money harasses our member doctor. This option if up to our doctor, if he decides to go for any case, then we will be doing so free of cost.
- Round the clock service numbers.
- Variable payment options, even premium can be paid yearly and to the Insurance company directly.
- The Insurance coverage is being provided through local branch so that our doctors number has total transparency of assessment
- Free participation in our awareness seminars to be organized time to time.
